Overview

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please get in touch with us via email and provide a photo of the condition the seed arrived in, showing any damaged seed or packaging. Occasionally, things are damaged in the mail, and we are happy to help.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email letting you know that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. There is often some processing time before a refund is completed. Next, contact your bank. If you’ve completed all these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please get in touch with us.

Shipping returns

Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the items are returned safely. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
