Welcome to ABCeeds, a family-run Australian seed business based on the Far North Coast of New South Wales. We share a passion for plants, gardening and the remarkable variety of species that can be grown in Australian gardens and landscapes.
We specialise in supplying a diverse range of seeds, including Australian natives, palms, flowering trees, ornamental plants, climbers, edible plants and many other interesting varieties. Our customers range from home gardeners and plant enthusiasts to nurseries, growers and wholesale buyers in Australia and overseas.
From Harvest to Seed Packet
Much of our work happens behind the scenes. We spend time harvesting, collecting, cleaning, drying, sorting and packing seeds, often working with plants that have their own particular seasons and growing requirements.
Many of our seeds are harvested and prepared by us, while other varieties are sourced from trusted suppliers. We take care in preparing our seeds and aim to provide customers with quality products and useful growing information.
Seeds for Gardeners and Growers
Our retail seed shop offers convenient packets for gardeners who enjoy growing plants from seed, whether they’re creating a native garden, growing something edible or discovering an unusual species.
We also supply wholesale quantities for nurseries, commercial growers, revegetation projects and other customers requiring seeds in bulk. Availability depends on the species and season, and some larger orders are harvested or prepared to order.
Sharing Our Knowledge
Growing plants from seed is something we enjoy, and we’re always learning along the way. Through our website and ABCeeds Grow content, we share practical information about seeds, propagation, plants and the work involved in preparing seeds for sale.
We believe that growing from seed is a rewarding way to discover plants, develop gardening skills and appreciate the natural world.
