Ordering, Payment and Postage Information

Retail Orders

Our retail seeds are available in convenient packets through our online seed shop. Browse our Retail Seed List and click on a seed name to visit its product page, or use the website search bar to find a particular plant.

How to Order:

  • Add your chosen seed packets to your cart.
  • Proceed to checkout and enter your delivery details.
  • Select your preferred postage option and complete payment.
  • You’ll receive an email confirming your order.

Postage and Delivery:

We aim to pack and dispatch retail orders within 1–3 working days.

  • Economy Shipping – Untracked: $4.95 — Our budget-friendly postage option without tracking. Delivery times may vary, and tracking updates are not available.
  • Standard Shipping with Tracking: $10.00 — Includes tracking so you can follow your delivery through Australia Post.
  • Free Domestic Shipping with Tracking: Available on retail orders of $50 or more. This option is automatically applied at checkout.
  • GST: All retail prices and postage charges include GST. A tax invoice is provided with your order.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale seeds are sold by weight (kilograms – kg, grams – g) or by the 1,000-seed unit (M). Please refer to our Wholesale Seed List for information.

How to Order:

  • Enquiries: Email us with your required seed varieties and quantities.
  • Availability: We will confirm stock levels, sourcing options or seasonal availability.
  • Quotations: We provide a quote for the seeds. Freight is calculated separately once the order details and weight are confirmed.
  • Invoicing: Once your order is confirmed, we weigh and package your seeds and provide a final invoice, including freight charges.
  • Freshness: We often harvest fresh to order to ensure the best possible viability.
  • Backorders: If a seed is unavailable, we can record your enquiry and contact you when it becomes available.
  • GST: Wholesale prices and freight charges are quoted excluding GST. GST is added to domestic invoices where applicable.

International Orders

We welcome international enquiries. International seed shipments may require a Phytosanitary Certificate and other documentation to meet the importing country’s biosecurity requirements.

  • Enquiries: Please email us with the species, quantities and destination country so we can discuss import requirements and availability.
  • Inspection and Documentation: Where required, we can discuss arrangements for official inspection and phytosanitary certification.
  • Shipping: International freight and any applicable inspection or documentation costs are quoted separately.
  • GST: Eligible export orders are GST-free in accordance with Australian tax requirements.

Payment

Currency: All payments are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

  • Retail Online Orders: We accept PayPal and credit card payments through our online checkout.
  • Manually Invoiced Retail Orders: Direct bank transfer is available when we issue a manual invoice. Payment details are provided on the invoice.
  • Wholesale Orders: Wholesale orders are invoiced directly, with payment by bank transfer using the details provided on the invoice.
