Products and Seed Information
ABCeeds supplies a range of plant seeds, including Australian natives, palms, ornamental plants, flowering plants, climbers and edible varieties.
We take care in harvesting, sourcing, cleaning, preparing and storing our seeds. Many varieties are harvested by us, while others are obtained from suppliers.
Product descriptions, photographs and growing information are provided to help customers select suitable seeds. We aim to keep this information accurate and up to date.
Seed Quality and Germination
Seeds are natural products, and germination rates can vary between species and seed lots. Successful germination depends on factors including seed condition, storage, sowing methods, temperature, moisture and other growing conditions.
While we take care in supplying quality seeds, we cannot guarantee that every seed will germinate or that plants will grow successfully under all conditions.
We provide general growing information where available and welcome enquiries about sowing and propagation methods.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights if seeds fail to meet applicable consumer guarantees.
Retail Orders
Retail customers can purchase available seed packets through our online seed shop. Product prices and applicable delivery charges are displayed during the ordering process.
Orders are subject to product availability, payment confirmation and any applicable shipping or biosecurity restrictions.
If an item cannot be supplied after an order has been accepted, we will contact you to discuss an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.
Wholesale and Bulk Orders
ABCeeds also supplies wholesale and bulk seed quantities to nurseries, growers and other customers in Australia and overseas.
Wholesale availability depends on the species, harvest season and quantities required. Some orders may need to be arranged in advance, and larger quantities may be harvested or prepared specifically for an order.
Wholesale pricing, availability, freight charges, payment arrangements and any required documentation will be discussed before an order is confirmed.
Where an order involves special harvesting, preparation or other agreed arrangements, any additional conditions will be communicated as part of the quotation or invoice.
Prices, Payments and GST
Retail prices are displayed on our website in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
Online retail orders can be paid using the payment options available at checkout, including PayPal and credit card payments.
Direct bank transfer may be available for manually invoiced retail orders and wholesale orders.
Wholesale quotations and invoices will identify applicable prices, GST, freight and other charges.
Shipping and Delivery

Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Whether an order can be changed or cancelled will depend on its status and any work already undertaken, particularly for specially arranged wholesale orders.
Any cancellation arrangements remain subject to applicable consumer rights and legal obligations.
Refunds and Returns
If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items or you have concerns about the seeds supplied, please contact us so we can review the issue.
We do not generally accept change-of-mind returns for seeds, but this does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Biosecurity and Plant Restrictions

International customers should confirm the import requirements of their destination country before placing an order.

Additional freight, inspection, certification and documentation charges will be quoted where applicable before an order proceeds.
Import duties, taxes or other destination-country charges may also apply and will be discussed where known. Customers are responsible for complying with applicable import requirements, while ABCeeds remains responsible for its own applicable export and supply obligations.

If an error affects an order, we will contact the customer and address the matter in accordance with applicable law.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law where that law applies.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights, guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
