Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Notification: Please contact us via email if you have any concerns. We request that you provide a photo of the seeds and packaging as they arrived to help us assess any damage.
  • Transit Damage: Occasionally, items are damaged in the mail; we are happy to assist you if this occurs.

Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt.
  • Approval: Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received a refund after a few days, please first recheck your bank account and contact your bank, as processing times can vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Shipping Returns

  • Costs: You will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Deductions: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Timing: Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • Security: If you are returning expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Pricing and GST

  • Refund Totals: Any refund processed will include the GST component paid at the time of purchase for retail orders.
  • Wholesale Returns: For wholesale customers, refunds will be calculated based on the base price plus the 10% GST paid on the original invoice.
