Ordering, Payment and Postage Information

Retail Orders

In the retail store, seeds are sold in small packets. Please refer to our Retail Seed List for information.

  • Navigation: Seed names on the list are clickable and take you directly to the product page.
  • Search: Alternatively, use the search bar to find specific items.

To Order:

  • Selection: Once you have finished adding items to your cart, proceed to checkout.
  • Confirmation: Confirm your shipping information and pay for your order.
  • Follow-up: An email will be sent to confirm receipt of your order.
  • Dispatch: Your order will be filled and posted within 1–3 working days.
  • Tracking: We offer tracking for peace of mind, as Australia Post occasionally experiences delays.
  • Free Shipping: For retail orders over $50.00, postage is free and includes tracking.
  • Note: All retail prices and postage rates include GST. A full tax invoice will be provided with your order.

Wholesale Orders

In the wholesale store, seeds are sold by weight (kilograms – kg, grams – g) or by the 1000-seed unit (M). Please refer to our Wholesale Seed List for information.

To Order:

  • Enquiries: Email us regarding seed availability and desired quantities.
  • Verification: We will confirm stock levels, sourcing options, or seasonal availability timeframes.
  • Quoting: We provide a quote for the seeds, but postage must be calculated once the total weight is confirmed.
  • Invoicing: Once your order is placed via email or phone, we weigh and package your seeds. Your final invoice, including calculated shipping, will be sent to you within 1–2 days.
  • Freshness: We often harvest fresh to order to ensure the best possible viability.
  • Backorders: If a seed is unavailable, we will place your enquiry on our backorder list and contact you when it is due to be harvested.
  • Note: Wholesale prices and postage rates are provided as a base price and exclude GST. 10% GST will be added to your final invoice for domestic orders.

International Orders

We welcome international enquiries; however, please note that most international orders require a Phytosanitary Certificate to comply with biosecurity regulations.

  • Procedure: Please email us to organise a formal inspection and to discuss the specific import requirements for your country.
  • Shipping: International freight is extra and will be quoted once the inspection and destination details are confirmed.
  • Tax: Orders shipped to addresses outside of Australia are GST-exempt.

Payment

Currency: All payments are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Methods: We accept PayPal, Credit Cards, and Direct Debit (Bank Transfer).
