Terms and Conditions

Fresh Harvest: We specialise in freshly harvested seeds, most of which we harvest ourselves. While some varieties are kept in stock, we prefer customers to pre-order bulk seeds before the harvest season.
Testing Standards: Viability is regularly tested. We maintain high standards and discard any seed that does not meet our quality benchmarks.
Perishables and Back-orders: Seeds that are perishable or harvested infrequently (once every year or every few years) may not always be in stock. Orders for these varieties will be back-ordered and supplied from the next available harvest.

Legal Responsibility: Government regulations regarding plants and seeds can change. A plant may be declared restricted or an environmental weed for various reasons.
Purchaser Research: It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to research the current laws of their country or state before placing an order. You must determine if the seeds ordered are legal to import and grow in your specific location.

Productiveness: We give no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the productivity or description of any seeds we sell, and we are not responsible for the resultant crop.
Germination: ABCeeds cannot be held responsible for seed germination rates. Every seed variety requires different techniques, and we have no control over the specific methods or environmental conditions the customer uses.
Advice: As we propagate many varieties ourselves, we have extensive knowledge of the best germination methods. We are happy to suggest a method for your purchased seeds upon enquiry.

Payment Methods: We accept PayPal, Credit Card, Direct Deposit into our business account, or cash mailed to our PO Box.
Bulk Orders: Postage is determined after the seed is weighed. This cost will be added to your invoice, which must be paid in full prior to shipment.

Phytosanitary Certificates: As some countries require government documentation, please advise us at the time of ordering if a Phytosanitary Certificate is required.
Fees: The fee for Phytosanitary Certificates will be passed on to the international customer at cost.
Additional Requirements: If fumigation, certified documentation, or legalised paperwork is required by your country’s customs, these charges will also be passed on to the customer at cost.
