Description
Roystonea regia – Royal Palm
Family: Arecaceae

Description
Royal Palm, Roystonea regia, is native to the Caribbean and nearby regions, including southern Florida and parts of Central America. Its towering, smooth grey trunk and prominent green crownshaft support a large, graceful crown of feather fronds.
